You will need to produce it before the counselling process because if you want a seat through obc category then you will have to produce it as soon as possible. Just contact the Jee advanced organising institute office and tell them your problem.

Noo..You can't Upload It..

Once the last Date of JEE advance Registration Completed then You can't upload or change Anything..

If You Can't upload it within stipulated time then It will create a hurdle in Further procedure..
