Hey Ab,
You should contact the JEE advanced office ( the institute conducting the JEE advanced examination this year ) through Email and contact number provided to you. You should also share your problem with them. I think that you will be allowed to give the examination and you will get seat from general category if you failed to produce the certificate at the counselling process.
