Hello,
You can get good b schools under atma exam.
First understand what atma is.

ATMA as computer based online test in 2018 will be conducted on Sunday January 7, 2018.Test Timings are from 2PM to 5PM. Reporting time at test centre is 1PM. Application fee is Rs.1100/- Plus 18% GST ( Rs.1100+198=1298/-). There is only one option available to the candidates for making fee Payment and this is through debit/credit card Payment Gateway.

AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is a popular national Level MBA entrance examination scores of which are accepted by the B-schools across the country. ATMA is for students who want to pursue MBA at Post Graduation level from Government / University / Private Aided / Private Un-Aided B-schools in India.

No there is not first come first serve basis counselling .......you can get top colleges if you register in the last days ....counselling is on the basis of rank scored in the exam.......but document verification process is of first come first serve basis between 27th june-30th june...for more details you can check here https://www.comedk.org/engineeringarchitecture-counselling/
