No college and branch guarantee 100% placement and moreover placement stats in IIT are falling year by year.

you can give ms exam for gre for further studies or you can get into contact with the professors of foreign university through your college professors.

the electrical students are 114 and cse students are 200 themselves so you cant expect all companies to allow electrical students but 50 to 60% companies allow electrical students which are consultancies and analytics companies.A few coding companies including microsoft allows electrical students even for intern.

The overall standard of IEM and Heritage is almost same. In academics, both colleges are same too. I can say that placements of IEM is just a little bit better than Heritage, but Heritage is also very good(in 2015, 508 students were placed in TCS in Heritage
