i got 79.64 percentile in jee 1st session without any preparation,i belong to obc category. Can i do well in 2nd session if i prepare and what are the colleges i can get with this percentile?(b tech cse?

Devyani Prakash 19th Feb, 2024

Hello student,

If you've scored 79.64 without preparation, then you must remember that after doing good preparation, you can achieve wonders.

The second attempt can always be considered as a chance to do better and improve your score. So my suggestion to you is that use the upcoming months well to prepare your best. Study hard and you can do very well. Have faith in yourself.

However, based on your percentile, it will be difficult to get admission in any college based on the JoSAA Counselling. So giving a second attempt to improve your score would help you in getting admission chances in great colleges like NITs and that too in top branches like CSE.

If you want to check your rank range based on your percentile, then you can refer to the Careers360 JEE Main Rank Predictor: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor?

If you need more information regarding which colleges you would be eligible for based on your marks and details, then you can refer to the Careers360 JEE Main College Predictor: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?

KUNAL KUMAR 1st Sep, 2022

Dear Aspirant,

If You are talking about doing Mtech from CSE. So You have to give GATE or Exam For foreign universities.

Get your syllabus printed. Study accordingly with a timetable. Join any online test series so that you could get your output and can see what are you doing. Whether you are lacking something or up to your path in your target to reach your goal.

Hope it was helpful.

All The Best.

last 7 days preparation strategy

Vishwathiga J 10th Jul, 2022

Dear aspirant,

I am assuming you are preparing for a competitive exam as you haven't mentioned anything clearly.

During the last seven days, focus on giving mock tests and analyzing your performance, this will help you get into the exam zone feel and thus, you'll feel more prepared. Revise all your concepts and don't try and learn new things at this point. If there's anything that you have to commit to memory try revising that everyday. Focus on honing your strategies and preparing yourself for the exam.

Hope this helps.

Is it possible to get AIR-1 in one year of damn hard and focused preparation?

Sakshi Singh 22nd Jun, 2022

Hello,

Of course it is possible to get AIR 1 in any exam after one year of focused preparation. One year is long time, but when you will ask to an aspirant, it is obviously less. But in one complete year with focus and hard work, you can create history! The major factor will be consistency and patience. This one year time will check your patience level. So be patient and consistent you will surely achieve it. There are many toppers who started from scratch and have topped in one year of preparation.

So be focused and consistent. You will surely achieve success. All The Best!
