According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get good college where you can get assurity of good placements in CSE Branch but although you can get CSE is some low tier colleges like :-
Hello student. 58,390 is a bit higher rank. You have not mentioned if any state quota exists. Category can be beneficial but chances are a bit less to get veternary seat in the college. BSC agriculture seat can be hoped for. But i suggest you to apply for other colleges
It depends on Number of students appeared and the cutoff. There are no minimum marks required in CET for admission in UG Agriculture course. For 25% of marks obtained in Class XII - PCMB and CET are considered for admission. Rest 50% of marks obtained in Practical Test is considered
