If i have kt in 2nd year then can i applicable for job in psu

Hi,
if you are in 2nd year of B.E than you are not eligible for the psu. But after 4th year you are eligilble

Sir actually now i am in last year and preparing for gate i am doubted that is there any criteria in psu that u don't have any KT
