Under PWD category,you would get call from IITs for Mtech program.You may also get call from PSUs but chance is less.You can apply for PSUs.Wait till IITs ,PSUs announce their cuttoff score.Previous year cuttoff of PSUs for PWD was 584.

As you have mentioned above that you have scored 550 in the GATE examination, in General Category, there is a slightly fair possibility that you would call from IIT's and PSU's.
I would recommend to make a list of IIT's and PSU's you want to apply to and email them your score.
