The description you have given of cutoff marks and Bihar state cutoff rank indicates that you belong to SC category.
The corresponding NEET AIR is 104070.
If we go by the previous year data then you don't have a very good chance of getting any Government medical college

Hello aspirant, as your rank is above 8 lakh then even if you have home state quota, but its disappointing to say that, you may not get seat in any government college in CSE branch.
