what you can do is that you can change the gpa into the percentage to fill that in the councelling forms and according to the grades fill in the marks obtained . You should mention there about the be degree and rest fill in the marks accordingly,

You have scored good in neet 2019.you can apply for its counselling only after the final decision of high court on esic colleges case.  So wait for the decision. 

And last year the opening marks for  mbbs in esic coimbatore for general category were 558.

I would like to tell you that as the admissions in BUMS course will be through NEET UG entrance exam, the eligibility criteria will be same for BAMS, BHMS, MBBS, BDS, BPT etc.Though you have not mentioned your category but dear sorry to say with this NEET Score

No, there is no provisions as the last round is only for OBC or SC or ST, general candidates can participate too till the end of counselling. I would always advice you to go till the last round as there is always hope for improvement in the seats.
