You marks are good enough to fetch you a government MBBS seat irrespective of your category. You need to be patient and attend all rounds of counselling.

Well, I don't think so that there is any chance for upgradation when it comes to  Thapar. Once you have taken admission, I don't think you can upgrade it from Board examination marks to JEE Mains. You should confirm this by calling the college. I hope this information
