I got 5 lakh rank in neet and applied for mcc AIQ but I didn't get seat .But the 8 lakh rank people got seats ,so please tell me reason ???

It's possible that they might be having reservation criteria and you belong to the general category. Some reservation criterias help you to secure a rank even when they are below general ranking. To be honest, I find it very hard to believe that the 8 lakh ranking student can get an MBBS seat. He might have taken a seat in a private college from management quota.
