To get something good or better is never easy. And so scoring 600+ in NEET is definitely not easy not even for toppers. You have to put that level of hardwork and patience to score such good marks. It is not impossible but hardwork is a must here.

Dear Shivani, it depends on you whether you want to join coaching or not. 495 is a very good score and I think you can score much greater than this without coaching. Coaching institutes just show you the path to score very good but the path is to be followed
