As per your query with your rank you can secure seat in the JU in printing technology and also in the chemical engineering

54000 category rank is very high and you wont be able to get a decent college. 

Though with OBC and home state quota, there might be an increased chance of you getting a seat but with such a rank it is very hard to get a good college

I have scored 47.479 marks (normalized marks) in tancet 2019 ME/M.TECH civil engineering... Can i get seat in CEG campus... I belong to BCM category.....!!!

Since you have asked about IPU. Let me tell you that this year it is the first time it is intaking student through JEE MAINS so there is not so much expectation of where the cutoffs will go at. You'll have to see it by participating in it.
