I have 7661 rank in keam under general category. This year the cut off is low as compared to last year. Will I get civil or EC in GCE kannur

Dear aspirant,
I just check the last year cutoff for GCE KANNUR from round 1-3 for both the streams,opening rank is at 4500 and closes somewhat at 12000 for ece
and 4500-7400 for civil
if what you say is true and the cutoffs are low then but round 2 you should be able to get ece with ease and maybe by round 2 or 3 you will get civil.
