A good news for you is that they don't even ask for wbjee admit card. You just need to carry your Rank card, confirmation page, seat allotment letter, category certificate (sc,St,PWD etc) income certificate for tfw domicile certificate, 10 admit card 10 results 12 results. That's all.

If you will get above 650+ marks then you can definitely have cmc vellore but it also depend on other students marks and difficult of exam. 

Last year the opening marks for cmc vellore for general category were 595 and for obc it was 499.

No , the cutoff marks and the normalized marks are not same. There is a big difference between them . The cutoff marks are your actual scores that you have got in exam but the normalized scores are calculated from your actual scores by usjng an appropriate formula.
