Well since you haven't mentioned a category here's the information I could provide. According to the last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 560 marks to get into a government medical college in kerala for general category students.

So the handicap will be changed according to the number of the candidates apply for the examination.so if you score some what more percentile there would be more chances of getting good seat in the college and also the pwd candidates have special reservation of seats in college

Yes you can get admission in government medical colleges of west Bengal under sc category. Bankura Sanmilani medical college had cutoff of 349 last year and this year is expected to have 356 but eventhough you seem par. YOU can also try for medical colleges of Midnapur, Maldah and Murshidabad

NATA total score is calculated by the NATA score and also by the class 12th percentage. If you have got 127 marks out of 200 , then a percentage in class 12th above 90% will fetch you a good college. I don't think you should go fir 2nd attempt
