The minimum marks required for getting admission in Private Colleges the cut off set is 250-300 and above for OBC candidates.Dear sorry to say but with this marks you cannnot even get a private colleges and no private college has this fee structure as mentioned by you.
I would reccomend you to either drop and prepeare for second chances or go for other courses.
