As you have not mentioned I assume you belong to general category.
As you mentioned with general category and 403 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.

While filling the wbjee counselling registration , if they ask you to fill your class 10th English marks then there must be an option of percentage or grading system marking. Choose the grading system and enter your specific grade. If there is no such grading option then

There is no reservation as such for OC EWS. If you belong to some other category like SC/ST then you can get good benefit. The cutoff marks remain quite high in Telangan in both private and government colleges for MBBS. You can try in some private colleges with

Hello aspirant,

If you belong to the ST category then you do have chances in Dental course. Otherwise you can't get a seat. You have only chances of getting Dental in some private colleges through State Quota in you belong to the ST category. For other category you don't have

Since your category rank is under 5000 you may get a college but the cutoff this year went high so chances are less (however you could wait up to last round of counselling). Keep your eye upon state counselling procedure there you can get seat if it would be available

This year there is much competition.so according to my knowledge 495 make would not be sufficient to grab a govt . Seat in all india quota. However you can try for state counselling . There you can probably get a seat . Just keep in mind that do not miss

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and state quota in government medical college but you do have some in private medical college,but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies
