There is no reservation as such for OC EWS. If you belong to some other category like SC/ST then you can get good benefit. The cutoff marks remain quite high in Telangan in both private and government colleges for MBBS. You can try in some private colleges with this marks as you don't have much chance of getting a seat in government college. But chances in private colleges are also less as many private colleges also have cutoff above your score. You can get a seat through management quota.
