Generally HNLU Raipur has a closing rank of somewhere near 550. But even if they are left with vacant seats then also it will be a little difficult to get into the college with the rank you're mentioning. But you can certainly look out for the newer NLUs.

Actually there are hundreds of colleges participating in TS-EAMCET . Since you didn't mentioned about your stream and category, it is hard to say exactly in which college you will get a seat and in which branch. There are total 320 colleges that are participating in TS-EAMCET 2019.
