I got 171 marks in NEET 2019 with a category rank of 61142(SC category). Can I get in a government/Private BDS college through counselling?

You have got such marks that your marks are greater then the cut off marks for SC Category but not sufficient that you can get admission in some govt or private BDS college through counselling.
Your rank is very high that your admission through NEET is very difficult.
You can try taking admission through management quota. In this you need to pay extra amount of money so that you can get admission in some college.
