As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks, so accordingly to the Last year cutoffs, it was figured out to be around 390-420 for unreserved category and more less for categories.

Yes you can get a seat for MBBS. But with this score you cannot a seat in any government college. BUt you do have chances of getting a seat for MBBS in private colleges. So do try in a private college. You can get a seat.  I cannot

 Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can check the cut offs of various colleges at:

Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is highly difficult to get into any of the NIT's or IIIT's but you can get into Assam University Silchar which is a GFTI.
