Depends on ehat you want. If you want MBBS seat or Bdes seat then i am sorry but you can't get any. But if you want a BAMS seat then you can get a seat as last year the cutoof for HP was around 346-400.

Hello Aspirant, with your respective general rank you can get CSE in North Eastern NIT's and some new NIT's. You can also get CSE in your respective home state NIT. As for the EWS category it's the first time it has been introduced so surely you will get some advantage
