Himachal Pradesh technical university conducts Himachal Pradesh common entrance exam (hpcet) every year for admission of students into colleges with various courses.

HPCET has minimum cut off of 60 marks for general category.

Every state in India has 15% seats reserved under All India quota and 85% for State quota.As only 15% is reserved for All India quota and aspirants in Neet are very high in number so the cut off for AIQ General

Dear Manish, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 373
ST: 169
With 511 marks, irrespective of your Category, you have pretty good chance at a seat in a Government

If you come under General or even OBC or even SC then also you can't a govenment seat for MBBS. Yes you can a management quota seat but the fees will be high as .... 

If you are ready to pay around 70-80 lakhs then you can proceed

according to the rank you secured there are 50:50 chances that you can get into the government agriculture colleges.but yes you can get into some private institutions in telangane with the scholarship will be provided by government and you will be getting free seat and have to pay

According to your marks I am sorry you won't get a government college. But there are many good private colleges that are self financing. Some are
