Your rank is quite low both in JEE Main and WBJEE, so you won't get any decent government college. Colleges which you will get through that rank won't be good. So, I'll suggest you to either to take admission in private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. Below

see your scores are really good. and at this rank you have chances in national institute of technology patna, see every state nits has 85% seats reserve for domicile candidates. so its easier to get cse in home state nit than other state nit. however you have chances
