Your rank is quite low both in JEE Main and WBJEE, so you won't get any decent government college. Colleges which you will get through that rank won't be good. So, I'll suggest you to either to take admission in private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. Below

According to previous years data, there are almost no chance for you to land up in government medical college, if you are general category candidate.
You may procure seats only if you are SC candidate.  Otherwise, you can try for private metal colleges.
