Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' trends in the cut-off, it can be said that you have secured decent marks. As most of the Govt. colleges in India have a cut-off close to 450-650, your mark might not be land you in a Govt. college.

According to previous year ranking for sc category you can go for the following colleges -

1. Jadavpur university, kolkata (except cs)

2. Maulana abul kalam azad university of technology, kolkata

3. Netaji subhas open university, kolkata

4.  Haldia institute of technology,haldia

5. Heritage institute of technology, kolkata

6. Bengal

You can try in the following colleges:

1. Jadavpur University: For chemical engineering, the closing rank for general category is 32349 (for home state candidates). You can also try in Civil engineering, construction engineering, electrical engineering where the closing rank is 28169,17803 and 28545 respectively.

2. Heritage Institute

According to your sc category ranking and previous year cutoff you can go for the following colleges for electrical engineering -

1. Jadavpur university, kolkata

2. Heritage institute of Technology, kolkata

3. Maulana abul kalam azad university of technology, kolkata

4. Adamas university, kolkata

5. Haldia institute of Technology, kolkata

In West Bengal, other state students are not eligible to get Government engineering colleges. All those students are only eligible to get a seat who have domicile certificate of West Bengal. Since you are from Bihar, you will not get any Government seat in West Bengal.

With this rank in WBJEE 2019 you cannot get a seat in any government college. You cannot get TFW in the top ranked private colleges. All the allotments are done on the basis of GMR only. You can get tfw in medium ranked colleges. To know more about
