The previous year cutoff for ascoms for j&K domicile students was upto rank 648428. You might have some chances if you have some category benefit with domicile and your marks are on the verge of previous years cutoff and chances are that cutoff might not get much fluctuation

Hiiii dear!!!! It will be better if your documents are non laminated but it won't create much trouble. When they are for original documents like TC and all, its usually laminated. But it all depends on the college authorities whether they will accept it or not.
