Based on this rank and profile, it is a little difficult for you to get a seat in RVR and JC College of Engineering, Guntur because as per previous year's record their closing rank for OC category in MBA was 3500 and for MCA it was around 8000.

IIf you are from general category, then I guess 134 is the applying cutoff for general category students. So you are not eligible to fill the neet form for counselling itself. And veterinary, BHMS, BAMS every admission has become centred now and based only on neet marks.

As far as the AIQ counselling is concerned, the closing rank for general category to take admission in government medical college was around 10300-10500.

As your rank is around 19000, I will suggest you to sit for state quota counselling to claim the benefits of 85% state quota
