Congratulations , yes you can apply for deemed University as well as Karnataka state college comes under KEA so you have to do registration in bot the for Karnataka state (KEA) and for deemed University (MCA) do registration and then you can able to get good college accordingly

As per your performance in jee mains 2019 you may not get good government engineering colleges for cse and ce but you may apply for private colleges with good national ranking and which could provide you best courses for the development of software in window and all.

You might get BDS colleges in Maharashtra but only through state quota with your marks.

According to last year, the cut off(30% state quota) for Gov. Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai  was AIR 33347 with NEET marks 472, Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai was AIR 35614 with NEET
