Seats are not allotted on the basis of marks but on the basis of rank. If your rank is in the range of between 5000-6000 then you've a chance to make it to one of the private institutes namely Delhi Institute of Rural Development or Chandra Prabhu Jain

You may not get any NLU with this Rank Because there are only few seats are for NRI students but may be some Sponsorships also there in NLU for NRI students might be possible through Sponsorships quota you will get admission but through NRI Cagegory Rank you will not
