based on your rank and last year trends it is difficult to get an iit but you may try for these

 iit bhu in mining,biochemical,pharma,ceramic 

You will also get rgipt and iipe for petroleum and chemical

First of all, NITs don't take admission through JEE ADVANCED. They consider JEE Mains. So you cannot get an NIT through JEE Advanced All India Rank.

Secondly, if you talk about GENERAL CATEGORY closing ranks, getting an IIT for AIR of 17k is improbable. Hope that answers

Sorry to dissapoint you by saying you that you have very low chances for getting any seat in any of IITs for your rank. You may prepare for next year or settle with some good NITs.

However for a 2818 SC rank in JEE ADVANCED is not fit enough if you talk about getting into IITs. But from last year data, Architecture at IIT Roorkee closed at 2885 SC rank so

Well, securing above 32k SC category rank in JEE MAINS may not be enough for getting admission into any of the NITs in core branches like mechanical engineering , electrical engineering, computer science engineering, etc. But since you're a SC candidate, you can give
