With OBC-NCL rank of 5900 in JEE Advanced I think there is very less chance of getting new IITs(no chance for older IITs). If the seat capacity increases, there will be increase in the chance, otherwise you can try for IISTs, etc or good NITs using your JEE

You cannot get any IIT, NIT or IIIT with this rank. You can try for state engineering colleges or private engineering college. 

If you want to take admission in IITs, NITs you can take a drop and prepare for next year.
