Rank will be according to your marks not category and later based on rank and category colleges wil be categoried 

so based on your rank and category colleges you can opt are:

OU College of Commerce Busi Management

Nizam College HYD

Kakatiya University College

Hey!There

With JEE ADVANCE RANK ,you can only secure seat in IITs.With this score you ate not elligible for NITs or IIITs.Also chance of getting IITs with this score seems less.You need SC rank under 2k for IITs.

Now since punjab is state which has only 3 government medical colleges.As a result the competition in private mbbs seat is also very high whether in management or semi government quota.Also

Hello Chandra, youhave decent rank in JEE but unfortunately you are not eligible for ,ost of the govenment college because you did not have that much good rank. My suggestion that you should start looking for better private universities, there are plenty of them and some of htme are way

With 378 marks in neet, the chances to get seat in government medical college through all India Councelling is less, even aspirants with with obc certificates hardly makes a difference with general category students, cutoffs are nearly same. Students scoring marks below 400 in any category makes difficult for

The closing ranks for all the IITs(even the new ones) for OBC category as per last year is below 4000(maximum, the worst case). This year the opening and closing ranks may vary, but not by a large amount(only by 100-500 maximum). So with 5166 OBC rank in JEE
