With 378 marks in neet, the chances to get seat in government medical college through all India Councelling is less, even aspirants with with obc certificates hardly makes a difference with general category students, cutoffs are nearly same. Students scoring marks below 400 in any category makes difficult for them expect a government seat.
If you are having domicile of any state, then you should try 85% state quote counselling with your domicile certificate, may you fetch a seat in your state, depending upon the cutoff trends of that state.
