I think that, Fee reiumberesement is applicable to only TELANGANA STATE local candidates in TS EAMCET exam.

And all the TELANGANA students whi secure a rank below 10000 can get full fee reimbursement irrespective of castes.Even for OC.

I am writing this answer in respect to 2015 and

188 marks are very low nowadays cutoff is going so high even in jammu $ kashmir also .So according to me it is impossible to get any seat with 188 marks.
