I am Anshu my marks in neet 2019 in 591 vid rank 9945 which govt clg can i get through state councilling...? Is there chance of LLRM Or BRD?

Congratulations for your great score.Although you have scored very well in neet but since this year merit is super high hence you Air is near 10k due to which I believe you will not get any all India level quota seat in MBBS .

But you will definitely get a seat in state quota .As far as a particular college us concerned I will be able to guide you well only if you tell me the state that you belong to ,so that I come to know about state level merit.
