Congrats on getting a Good rank in UPSEE 2019.
Considering your rank ,i.e 4111 and your Girl rank i.e 1990 and the previous year cutoffs and trends,

Hey, congratulations on such a great rank
Yes you can get into cse at national institute of technology, warangal.
If you are from the home state of the college then the cutoff is till 2900 rank aprox and if you are from the put of state category then about 1700
the rank you specified is quite appropriate for Mtech CSE . Make sure to choose your campus preferences accurately and keep checking the official website of VIT for complete admission details . You have scored a good rank, you will hopefully get cse in your post graduation.
Hello Yashasvi
Why do you want a Private college if you "can" get a Govenment. I am not sayong that private colleges are bad but with this marks and considering last year cutoff's then you have a chance in Jhalawar Medical College, Govt.Medical College, Bharatpur, Govt Medical College Bhilwara.
