As far I've know Andra pradesh cut off system,you will benefit under the BC category if you have AU/SVU/OU reservations.if you dont have any such reservations then the cutoff is 550.

I know your marks is pretty good but the thing is you can't get a govt MBBS in your home state with this marks and if you apply for TN or Karnataka then you will be considered in the all India quota where the cutoff is very high.
