In accordance to previous year cutoffs at Vardhman Mahavir University, usually the cutoffic too high. You have to secure ranks within 700 at least to get a MBBS seat there. Also, there is no provision of reservation for Jains.

I think jntus is better for you because with 56k rank you can't able to get admission in good branches of nit , IIITs and government engineering College. So jntus is better for you with 4363 rank.
