I have got 432 marks in NEET 2019 and I am from Jammu and Kashmir do I have any chance ??

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, then With a score of 432, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 442 was required to fetch one a seat in the government medical college Jammu and 456 got a seat in GMC Srinagar. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

Sir this year the seats are increased up to 900 , so is there a chance and there is also a quota for girls can I get admission in new GMC's ??

Last year, Sher e Kashmir institute of medical sciences, Soura, Srinagar had a closing rank of around 50,200. So, comparing the statistics, With a increase in 900 seats, even if you don't get a seat in GMC, Srinagar or GMC Jammu, you do have a chance in the above mentioned colleges.
