See as per your Marks-286 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

You cannot get into any government medical college

It is quite impossible to get a government seat for 378 marks. But you can try for government seat in self financing colleges or go for BDS. That is an option. Or you can go for management quota seats. That is also an option. But nothing is certain.

You have some chances of getting admission in a government medical College under state quota of Chattisgarh. According to previous year the cut off marks for Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur/ Govt. Medical Bilaspur was 498 . And that of Govt. Medical College Rajnandgaon was 467.
