See as per your Marks-349 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota andnother quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

Congrats for your score! I would suggest you to wait until the merit list comes so that you could get an idea where you stand in the crowd. The admissions are done on merit basis. I think you can easily get a college of your choice with stream

you can study any deemed and private colleges but govt colleges are not enough for you..
