B pharm is the most preffered course for neet aspirant those who are unable to crack the neet exam as neet is a very competitive exam because 15+ lakhs students appear in a single year and seats being only 75k approx (private+government) .

So students want to stay in medical field itself,so they choose b pharm as their next option as it gives entry to pharmacy field only.   Its a great option as it opens multidisciplinary options in future.

The NEET cutoff marks required to get admission in Government Pharmacy colleges vary college to college. It depends on the popularity of the college. If the college is renowned, many meritorious students will apply to get admission in this college. As a result, the cutoff marks of NEET also increases.

For eg, suppose you have got (194+177+179) = 550 marks out of 720 [76.38% marks] in NEET 2019 exam, you will definitely get a seat in a government college in Kerala.

Usually, renowned government colleges demand above 75% marks in NEET (approx.) and other government colleges demand above 65% marks in NEET (approx)

Whichever college you want to take admission, you can search out that college and see its cut off for b pharm. According to me, atleast you should have 450+ in your neet to have a better chance to get admission in b pharm.
