OBC-NCL category doesn't stand for any form of reservation in Jaypee Noida. They will be included in general category for admission on the merit basis (as per rank). 

The minimum rank to get admission in CSE branch in Jaypee Noida (Sector-62) is around 51000 in the first round.

Last year cutoff for obc category is 588 , 595 for reserved,and 560 for sc category also it different from state to state (note this is the random estimation of pervious year cutoff )

Hi ! As much as I know you may not get a scope to get admission in Thiruvananthapuram. It's a high rated college and need high rank. So you should have high marks. Still if luck favours to you by low cut-off and vacancy then may be it is possible.

Well scoring 65 marks and belong to Sc category is not enough in hpcet entrance examination to get admission in the government colleges under the hpcet entrance examination for respective courses. You have to score more rank for getting government colleges because their cutoff is very high.
