OBC-NCL category doesn't stand for any form of reservation in Jaypee Noida. They will be included in general category for admission on the merit basis (as per rank).
The minimum rank to get admission in CSE branch in Jaypee Noida (Sector-62) is around 51000 in the first round. But since there is an upgradation process that goes on internally till 2 months after admission, you can get CSE branch even around 53500-54000 rank as per my analysis.
