Haan, aap JEE Main ke result ke aadhar par counseling aur JEE Advanced ka form dono ek saath bhar sakte hain. JEE Main qualify karne ke baad aapko JEE Advanced ka form bharne ka option milta hai, aur saath hi aap JoSAA counseling ke liye bhi register kar sakte hain.

As per the previous year cutoff the chances are very less to get a seat in IGDTU however you can try for the state level counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP Etc. To know your admission chances in JOSSA counseling & State counseling, You can use JEE Main college Predictor tool.

Since the results are already out now, you can't do any changes now. You should have filled the registration details clearly and have corrected whatever was required to do so. Now you can only get a seat under General category and for that you don't need any category certificate.
