Your rank is mentioned on your jee main 2020 score card or result.
Your score card includes your percentile, rank and category wise qualifying cutoff in the last.
So please again check your score card you will find your rank there.
You can check your rank under the heading ALL INDIA RANK based on FINAL NTA SCORE .

In first box is your personal details like name category etc.
In second box percentile are given.
In third box rank is given.
So check box number 3.
