I am sorry to say but according to the previous year cutoff trends, it is very difficult for you to get admission in Vijaya Womens College. The chances are very low. But you may get the below mentioned colleges.

• Krishna Teja pharmacy
• Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical science
• Sri Venkateswara College of pharmacy
• Annamacharya College of Pharmacy
• St. Johns College of Pharmaceutical science

So don't loose hope and wait for the result.

This year as the cutoffs have went high the chances to get admission in government or semigovernment seats is less. But you have a fair chance to get admission in management quota. You might not get in first counseling, bit keep patience and be determined , you will get the seat. 

I would suggest you to mention your rank and caregory so that we can you out better and give you a clearer view.

Since you have secured with a rank of 3172 in SC category, so talking about fee reimbursement and free hostel, then in self financing colleges in Andhra Pradesh do not accept fee reimbursement and won't provide you with free hostel. You may have to pay extra sum for fee reimbursement for that. See, if you have any type of financial issues, then it is suggested that you should rather inform and discuss to the college authority regarding the fee reimbursement.
