Hello aspirant. Can you please mention the name of your category. It varies for different category. Well , even with reservation it is very difficult, infact next to impossible to get a seat in any government college , in any state. Through NEET it is not possible, sorry to say that..

As you mention your rank as a 71 in appgecet in EC paper and also your category as OC ....as your category is OC there will some difficulties  to get top colleges as your category also play important role.... but may you also get these colleges if you wait till last counselling...

but there are other top colleges which you can get easily with your rank ..

After the declaration of result, the selection procedure of KMAT 2019 will take place based on the test-takers’ performance and cut off. The KMAT 2019 selection procedure is conducted by Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) for admission to postgraduate management courses across some of the top B-schools of Karnataka and Bangalore. KMAT selection procedure 2019 will commence after each institute affiliated to KPPGCA who accepts KMAT score announces the list of shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection procedure such as Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Written ability Test in some cases. KMAT was conducted on August 4, 2019, and the result of the written test has been declared on August 21, 2019.

Hello aspirant. Can you please mention the name of your category. It varies from category to category. Assuming that you are from general category it is difficult for you to get a Government College. You only have options of private colleges. The marks versus rank scenario has changed, with 92k rank it is nirlt possible.

You have a very good rank,and there are possibilities of you getting admission in SSN,but there's no surety as SSN is one of the best college in it's region and many students apply to go there. But I will suggest you to go for SSN and while applying  for some good alternative colleges too as backup.
